(You can skip this if you are not interested in joining the specialist factions): [/b][b] I am interested in joining the Administration Public Affairs Specialist faction, Due to wanting to assist in the Administration of City-17 with all issues relating to public affairs.[/b] [b]Your character's backstory and how he/she came to be located in City 17 Before the 'invasion', or Liberation, this man was a lowly, everyday citizen. He'd just passed public speaking, and was ready to move into Politics. Then the combine came, and freed us all. Then transported the City-18, He quickly rised the ranks of the CWU, gaining the trust of the other civilians before eventually leaving to City-17 from multiple recommendations from MPF and CWU alike. After a interview with multiple high ranking officials,  he began his work as a Secutray. He quickly begun speeches and propaganda promoting the Universal Union. After which, he begun to rise the ranks. Until he eventually became apart of the Administartion. Then, City-18's rebel activity exploded...He was deeply shook with the destruction of City-18, realising his friends were, most likely, dead. He was shocked, and begun to lock himself away from all possibilities of friends or something similar. Which brings us to today, he's a good ranking official in the UU and believes in the cause, honestly believing they're doing what's best for humanity.[/b]
